I’ve decided to create an outfit with a tulle skirt as a focal point. Tulle skirts always remind me of a ballet, which is considered as a highly expressive music and dance art that unites both the stage with incredibly talented ballet-dancers dancing outstandingly tender and seemingly effortless and the backstage with its extremely hard work and exhausting rehearsals – the ballet performance definitely embodies something impressive and inspiring.
Let’s go through the outfit backstory and get to outfit details. I’ve chosen a midi high-waisted tulle skirt with multi layers and in a vibrant emerald-green color. There is a reason behind this color choice – despite the impending fall it still is summer with some sunny days left ahead. I’ve complemented the skirt mentioned above with a white sleeveless embroidered blouse which has a pretty cute print of cactuses with red and yellow flowers. This print works perfectly well with the color of the skirt.
To complete this outfit I’ve added accessories in red – a crossbody leather bag by Moschino and a pair of patent leather stiletto sandals by Guess (previously described in Red coral vibes). These accessories give a fresh and rebel edge to the whole look.
I’ve put final touches to the outfit by adding a delicate pair of earrings in a form of a half-moon by Swarovski and using makeup with a bright red coral lipstick by Catrice (see details below).
I hope that the outfit idea I brought to life in this post could be a good inspiration for you to create some interesting summer looks.
